Baptism of Makai (魔界の洗礼) is the fifth mission in the Jungle Battle chapter of Story Missions. Clearing this mission unlocks the Sacred Treasure's Successor title, as well as the Makai arc of Story missions.

Anna: "It's possible to reach it if we use the gate to Makai that was sealed by Aegis-sama, but that place is the monsters' stronghold, so we need to take our time to prepare for it."
