Self-Stat Boosting Abilities are abilities that increases a unit's base stats by a particular amount. Due to the nature of the abilities, the stat changes to the unit are already displayed in their status.
These abilities can be split into two major groups: Abilities that only positively affect the unit's stats and abilities that positively affect one of a unit's stats in exchange for negatively affecting a different stat. In the same category are abilities that affect Attack Speed and they act in the same manner as the two categories of Stat-Boosting abilities.
