Noxious Fog 2 (猛毒の霧2) is the forty-seventh Challenge Quest. Like the previous quest, Noxious Fog, it features a damage-over-time effect that drains 10 HP from all allies every half-second. It also features the first occurrence of the uncommon Black Drake enemy.
